Obituary for Glen Thomas Schultz

Glen Thomas Schultz, of Olivehurst, CA, in Yuba County passed away on June 17, 2017, at the age of 84 years old surrounded by family and friends. He donated his body to Science Care in Long Beach, CA for the advancement of medicine.

He lived in Yuba County for 10 years. He was a watchmaker for 35 years for Snyder Schultz Custom Jewelry in Highland, CA.

Glen was born January 7, 1933, in Dodge City, Kansas to Ruth and Victor Schultz. He is survived by Teri Dugas of Menifee, CA, Dawn Kelly of Ryderwood, Washington, and Jacquelyn Broskey of Smartsville, CA. He has 6 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ruth Sprouse and Victor Schultz, and two daughters, Kim Schultz and Laurie Kelly.

He was a member of the Elks, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Teamsters, and the Masons.

He served in the Navy during the Korean War, receiving the Good Conduct Medal, China Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal with three engagement stars, and the United Nations Service Medal.

Memorial service is being held at Lakeside Colonial Chapel & Crematory, 830 D Street, Marysville, CA, August 31, 2017, at 10:00 am.
